Over the retreat we will explore the appeal and principals of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga with a different style forming the form basis of each day. In the morning session we will discover the respective techniques and then simply enjoy the energising and restorative benefits of the style with a second practice in the late afternoon.

A day in the life of the retreat includes plenty of “me” time.
In the afternoons you may wish to swim in the heated pool or perhaps play tennis or walk in the vineyards or simply kick back and read in a quiet cosy corner. You could book a deep tissue massage one afternoon or, on Saturday, you could stroll through the cobbled streets of Cordes sur Ciel, a local medieval hilltop village. The choice is yours!

Providing the best of all retreat worlds, your private ensuite bedroom provides your own comfortable space in which to rest, relax and reflect, with Manoir Mouret's many comfortable communal spaces giving you the opportunity to share your experience with a wonderful group. Great friendships are formed on our retreats.
Chat over delicious homemade meals made from fresh, seasonal, local, produce.
Margaret and Jack create inventive, healthy, largely vegetarian meals so you can simply relax, enjoy and perhaps be inspired! As a treat on the Sunday evening, we have our special wine-tasting dinner hosted by Manoir Mouret’s very own Jack Reckitt, an award-winning winemaker.
Is this retreat right for my level of yoga/fitness?
This retreat is perfect for anyone with an established yoga practice who is keen to try different yoga styles in a relaxed holiday setting and also for yoga curious beginners who enjoy dynamic movement. The intimate group size of between 8 and 12 allows Suz to focus on your individual needs including through a 1-to-1 drop-in “surgery” each afternoon.
